I did eat this book up pretty fast. Despite the page turning speed, I found it the storyline annoying & anti-climatic for the last book in a trilogy. It felt like dull and lacklustre just like the characters where feeling. Action there was whole bunch of it but it felt like the author as well as the characters were just going through the motions. It might have been raised a star if there was an epilogue. Another trilogy that just fizzled at the end with the author leaving some room to possibly expand the trilogy. Meh

I am a voracious reader and I love to immerse myself in the pages of a good fantasy/sci-fi book. After many years of happily reading and reviewing books on Goodreads I deciding if I want to jump ship due to the mass changes from it's new owners.
