Don't Sweat the Small Stuff... and it's all small stuff - Richard Carlson I've been reading this little bits at a time. I was very critical when a friend first recommended this book to me, I like to study psychology and this seemed like psycho pop babble. After a few chapters of reading the e-book, I realized that it's just common sense worded to inspire and remind you to relax and enjoy life by not letting stress eat you up little by little. Not quite finished, but will re-read it again to help remind me of the negative things I want to eliminate from my thoughts and reactions to life's little and big stresses.
